|  | We are supporting Miguel who's participating in this event for the first time this morning so we all up early (we went to 2 parties the night before so I'm actually amazed that I'm awake too !) and arrived at ISCI at 6 am.
Its a 5 K run and Miguel did very well, he was all happy and fit .. his training program really showing lots of progress .. go Miki, go !!!

These photos are my entry for Pepy's Weekly Food Photography event, this week theme is Be Creative with your Sandwich. My favorite sandwich since I started being (very) curious in the kitchen is Banana & Cheese Sandwich, there's something about sweet and savoury in it that just simply delicious. My darling hubby get a bite every now and then when he's around, he went to the gym before work this morning so all of these are MINE (^_^)

Jamannya masih nebeng tinggal di rumah Or-Tu di Bali sesudah Hari Raya besar rumah pasti penuh pisang, Ibuku akan bikin pisang goreng di hari pertama, pisang rebus hari kedua, pisang rai hari ketiga dan yang terakhir bikin pisang sale (di-salai). Kebetulan Kamis kemaren surudan pisang banyak jadi hari ini bikin Pisang Rai, Ariel & Miguel makannya rebutan, setiap mateng langsung abis ..doyan apa rakus yaaa *smile*
Ingredients:
7 - 8 buah pisang raja atau pisang kepok yang tua
125 gr tepung beras
125 ml air
1/2 tsp garam (sesuai selera)
1 tsp gula pasir
150 gr kelapa parut, kukus dengan 1/4 tsp garam
4 lembar daun pandan, buat simpul
Directions:
Didihkan 1.5 liter air dengan sedikit garam, masukan daun pandan.
Campur tepung beras, gula, air & 1/2 tsp garam dalam mangkuk, aduk dengan garpu sampai adonan menjadi licin.
Celup pisang satu persatu ke dalam adonan tepung dan masukkan ke air pandan yg mendidih.
Rebus sampai matang dan terapung kemudian angkat, tiriskan.
Gulingkan pisang pada kelapa parut, potong sesuai selera.
Hidangkan dengan taburan gula pasir jika suka.

Membaca buku ini, kita akan memperoleh bermacam informasi tentang kebudayaan berbagai bangsa yang unik, tempat-tempat yang "harus" dikunjungi atau dihindari, serta tips dan trik saat travelling ke sebuah negeri. Pada akhirnya, setelah menutup buku ini, bisa jadi kita semakin mencintai negeri sendiri.

Bukunya lumayan menghibur, secara ini kisah nyata tapi pengalamannya banyak yg lucu .. buat yg berpikir mo back-packing di Indo atau keluar negri mesti baca buku ini dulu .. banyak tips bagus untuk pemula ;o)
This week dare from Mona is to show thing in my bathroom, so here is my 'thing'. I've got this for Hubby originally, then I found out I love it better for myself *laughing out loud* do you know what it is ? It's a toothpaste cap. Yup, its a little orange man that making my daily routine in the bathroom mess-free (brushing my teeth I mean). Its been with me the last 3 years and more years to come, love it !!!
